COURSE INTRODUCTION
This course is designed to provide learners who are working as educators to get acquainted with different dimensions of inclusive education where the students will explore historical, philosophical, educational, and socio-cultural aspects of inclusive education. The course covers Basic understanding of inclusive education, inclusive teaching practice in the classroom, inclusive practice in school/organization, and the Plan Do, Study Act cycle for change in school organization. The students are oriented with knowledge and practices to promote equity and inclusivity within their schooUorganaation environment. The student will identify challenges and, analyze them for inclusiveness, and develop small action plans to address them effectively. In this process, they will undergo a transformative shift in perspective towards inclusivity.

- Educators learn about various aspects of inclusive education (history, philosophy, etc.).
- Develop skills for inclusive classrooms & schools (teaching, addressing challenges).
- Gain a new perspective on creating a more inclusive learning environment.
