INTRODUCTION:

The revised course has changed its name Master in Training and Development can cater the students from different disciples and organizations. As its previous name with Masters in Education in Training and Development only focuses on the teacher trainers but the needs of training has been viable throughout the professions and occupations. 

From the experience of running this program for last two years, the Master in Training and Development can be beneficial for human resource managers, private organizations, public institutions such as police and army, and government officials in several ways so as to expand scope of training by a) enhance skills and knowledge in learning and development, instructional design, and performance management. These skills can be valuable in designing and delivering effective training programs for employee, b) Keep up with industry trends to help organizations improve their training programs and stay competitive, c) Improve organizational effectiveness through effective training programs and d) increase job opportunities in the competitive job market. 

Overall, a Master in Training and Development can provide individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to design and deliver effective training programs, improve organizational effectiveness, and increase job opportunities.
