COURSE INTRODUCTION

  This course integrates training attitude, knowledge, and skills into individuals who are looking forward to advancing their careers in the field of training and development. Upon completion of the courts, the trainers are enabled to identify training needs, design training materials, deliver them to the learners, and assess the efficacy of the training. The course covers topics for boosting knowledge and skills related to training needs assessment, training manual development, adult learning principles, innovative and participatory training methodologies, facilitation and presentation skills, and other skills that are essential to conduct and lead the training in school education and the overall education sector. Additionally, this course develops soft skills related to presentation skills, creativity, and communication.
